New DVDs
AiM wants you
to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with any
new DVD purchased from us, you may return
the DVD for a full refund subject to the
following conditions:

All DVDs
must be returned in their original
condition. DVDs must not be opened and
must be factory sealed to receive a
refund. All of the original packaging,
including DVD, bonus DVD, case, booklets
and liner notes must be included in your
return shipment.

Unless we
made an error in order processing or
shipping, AiM is not responsible for the
cost of returning your return shipment.

Shipping and
handling charges for the original shipment to
you are non-refundable.
Agility In Motion cannot
accept the return of opened items.
Agility In Motion is not
responsible for any damage that may occur in the return
shipment of your order.
Promotional Items
Occasionally, AiM may
include a promotional item in your shipment at no cost
to you. Promotional items may not be returned to AiM for
a refund, credit or replacement for any reason.
Replacement of Damaged or
Defective Items
AiM will replace a DVD
only if it is damage or defective. Simply return the DVD
and all of its original packaging and a replacement DVD
(if available) will be sent to you.
Refunds
AiM will notify you of
your refund via e-mail after we have received and
processed the return item. A refund will be issued in
the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
